Dear Readers:

Everyone, welcome to our first edition for 2011 Newsletter! Great things have been happening and business
is gearing up to make 2011 a fantastic year! Starting in March, we will be offering a FREE video
webinar on things such as Food Safety and many more areas to come. We are growing every day, so make
sure to keep checking back and see what else we just may be up to!

Social Developments

● We have developed a Youtube Channel and are creating videos for the Q & A video Blog that can be viewed
on the classycateringcreations.com website, on the Classy Catering Creations Facebook Fan Page, Metacafe
Channel and on our new Youtube Channel as well. We will be adding more videos as time goes on that include
demonstrations, Q & A videos, and much more.

● The Housatonic Times published a Press Release about Classy Catering Creations and the Penguin Plunge
Charity drive on January 20, 2011 See the article here!

● Action Against Hunger and Classy Catering Creations have joined forces to help fight hunger. Classy Catering
Creations is now donating $1.00 for every transaction to Action Against Hunger. An additional 50₵ will be
donated for every Pairof Kitchen Paddles purchased through the Classy Catering Creations website.

● Classy Catering Creations has now made their famous blog available on Facebook in our blog tab. Be sure to
follow the blog there to stay up to date with the latest posts on our FB Fan Page with our Networked Blogs
Plug-in.

Special Olympics Charity Drive

In January Classy Catering Creations began a Charity drive to raise money for the Special Olympics. Annually
the Special Olympics hold an event known as a Penguin Plunge. The Penguin Plunge is one way the Special
Olympics is able to get everyday people involved in the community and the amazing charity organization that it
is.
This year Classy Catering Creations was able to raise more than $600 dollars for this charity event thanks to
all of our supporters and sponsors.

Quarterly MVP Contest Winner

Featured Recipe
Port Wine Pork

Ingredients:
• 1 – Pork Roast (Approximately 3 to 4 lbs.)
• 3 tbsp. – Bacon Fat
• 1/4 Cup – Butter
• 2 – Cloves Garlic (Minced)
• 2 – Carrots (Fine Diced)
• 1 tbsp. – Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 tsp. – Salt
• 1/8 tsp. – Black Pepper
• 1-1/2 tbsp. – Tomato Paste
• 1-1/2 Cups – Port Wine

    Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Heat bacon drippings in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown roast on all sides. Remove roast
    to a casserole dish.
  3. Place butter, garlic, and carrots in the skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in parsley, bay leaf,
    salt, pepper,tomato paste. Pour in port wine, and stir to combine. Pour over pork roast.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Remove, and serve.
